My name is Jonathan “Jon” Gonzalez, and I was born in Mexico City and raised in Milwaukee. I’m a proud father to two incredible daughters. Happily married to their mother since 2014. As I begin my journey as an Agency Owner, I’m filled with excitement and a sense of purpose. I strive to be an industry leader and an impactful insurance agency in our community.

More than 9 years of experience in areas of account management, recruitment and community outreach in higher education. My educational background includes a candidacy for a Master of Education (Expected 2026), BA in Sociology (2014), and licenses in casualty, property, and life insurance (2024). I've prepared to make a positive impact on customers’ lives and make the world a better place.

Sports have always been a big part of my life, from playing soccer and riding my bike as a kid to now participating in triathlons, cycling, running, and weightlifting. I have a deep passion for culture, travel, food, and learning. In my downtime, I cherish time with my family.

After completing my undergraduate degree, I built a career in education, focusing on advocating for marginalized communities and helping students and families access higher education. My last role at Marquette University allowed me to continue this work while also pursuing a Master of Education degree.
