Non-Licensed StaffJill and her family are residents of Polk City, IA. She is a graduate of North Polk HS and is a licensed cosmetologist. In her current role as an Agent Assistant, she will be helping you with billing questions, policy changes and scheduling insurance reviews. In her spare time, Jill enjoys time spent with family and friends. She loves to travel and is excited about an upcoming trip to Spain.

Office ManagerMary has been in the insurance industry 10+ years, with most of her experience in management. Born & raised in SW Iowa, Mary & her husband of 44 yrs. recently relocated to Johnston from CO, they have two married sons and 4 grandkids. In her spare time, she likes to go dancing, camping & adding to her vinyl album collection.
