Erik has worked in the insurance industry since 2003. Prior to his insurance career, he served as a director for a YMCA summer camp, worked as a ski and snowboard instructor, and was an on-air personality at the world’s largest polka radio station. Erik studied theater at the University of Minnesota and has a B.S. in Business Leadership and Management from Wisconsin Lutheran College.
