Hailey joined American Family in January of 2024 but has been in the insurance industry for 3 years. While she is licensed in all lines, she is especially passionate when it comes to life insurance and enjoys educating on the importance of its coverage. While out of the office she loves to spend her time taking care of her son and spending time outside with her 2 Goldendoodles.

Nicole has been with American Family since 2016. She is the Agency Manager in our local office. She strives for exceptional customer service and specializes in all lines of service. When she is not working, she enjoys quality time roller skating with her daughter, and watching movies with her husband and children.
